Grace Center’s mission is to promote health, dignity and independence for frail elders, disabled adults and their families. The goals are to maintain or improve the functional abilities of participants for as long as possible; to provide respite and support for family and other caregivers; and to enable the participant to live in the least restrictive environment possible, thus promoting dignity and independence.
Adult Day Service Programs have been operating around the country for years. Ours happens to be the only such program in the Corvallis and Linn-Benton County region, offering unique on-site services to older adults, with physical, mental and social stimulation as well as health monitoring and care management.
